Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, we allow a period of up to 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a refund.
To ensure a transparent and secure process, refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
The customer must return the purchased products—containers must be included, even if they are empty.
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.
Before shipping the products, the customer must submit detailed photos of the items to be returned for evaluation and pre-approval.
Once the photos have been approved, the customer must send the products to the address provided by our team.
No refunds will be issued for opened or empty bottles. If you send these bottles anyway, you will be charged for the shipping weight. After inspection, these bottles will not be credited toward your refund.
Refunds will be processed exclusively after receipt and inspection of the returned products at our distribution center.
These measures are intended to ensure fair and transparent service for all parties involved.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted when processing your refund. This fee covers the costs of receiving, inspecting, and restocking the product.
